  • Good Video, But tbh i like koryo more, its a much easier way ( i think) to win at tournaments for 1st degree's. I enjoy watching all of your videos keep up the great content :).

I understand. Unfortunately though this is sports poomsae format. The forms you do are picked for you. In a way it has made a lot of people better at poomsae because they have to practice ALL forms not just their favorites. At the begining it was hard for a lot of us that had to make the transition but now we are thankful that we did and continually try to improve on all our forms =) Thanks for watching. We'll definitely keep uploading more vidoes for you guys

Very true. A lot of what it takes to have a good form is repitition. People sometimes think that there is some magic shortcut that will help you get results fast.;.but honestly you get what you put into it.

Cool, glad you liked the vid. What kind of balance training do you do to help you with your crane stances?

Glad you like it! The name of the editing program is called Pinnacle HD Studio. Its very inexpensive and I recommend it. Its very nice and its user-friendly.
