hmm ... Iam of the opinion that Sifu Pfaff made this Video to impress peaple,that maybe will start with wing tsun... because nobody wants to make a stil,that looks very boring....

I've learned not to do high kicks in Wing Chun but when I saw this video I noticed that Sifu Pfaff uses them.

Can somebody tell me what's right and what's wrong?

Hi, in WC is nothing wrong when it is not against the WC-Rules of Power etc.

So if you can, you CAN do high kicks, but you don't have to do it...

Ask your sifu in your school, he will tell you his thoughts of this technics...

cmoon these are demos! if you have ever seen sifu pfaff beating up somebody on a seminar you have seen his fists disapearing because of the speed, with the sound of a machine gun !!

@ManniMarc Ich schreib mal auf deutsch...bist ja auch aus Deutschland ;-)! Was SiFu Pfaff da macht ist auch WT, aber auch viele traditionelle Sachen....ist halt für ne Show viel schöner! Für nen Streetfight ist es eher bedingt geeignet und wenn, dann solltest Du es auch gut können, aber es ist genauso WT, wie das was Du lernst....außerdem kommen solche Sachen in ner guten Schule erst viel später....was erstmal zählt sind die Basics und diese sehr gut! Viel Spaß noch beim WT ;-)

Look at his deep stance! Most wingchun-stiles even teach that real artwork of fighting skill. His demos are full of surprises and may gather more attention to those, whom consider themselves as good observators! If you see him fighting for real it will be all to fast - even for the cellphone camera.

I went to one of his seminars in the Czech Republic and I can tell you guys he is really excellent and seemed to be good as person as well. I would say that he is one of the best out there!!! Would love to see new vids of him

joke or what ? he is skinny but he has much power for sure... thats the nice thing of good wing tsun, u dont need to be a mountain of muscle for being a good fighter and Sifu Pfaff has all the cards for it. and btw i m not from his School
