I'm curious, you didn't get knocked back once during the fight from typhoon. I get knocked back every time, how did you... not get knocked back? O.o

Having a fresh set of Utsusemi shadows will completely absorb the knockback from typhoon. Ocasionally it only takes 2 shadows to absorb.

One thing I found awhile back though, is that any time more than one person is hit with typhoon, the knockback effect will go through even 3 shadows. So if you are soloing, make sure anybody on hate list that is watching stays out of the room to avoid complications.

Few questions for ya.

1) I take it you have 8/8 enfeeb merits and 5/5 ice acc.? I'm only 4/8 and 2/5 and the one time I tried Faust he resisted my Bind twice in a row. Zipacna is almost as bad, but I can actually land it on him. >_>

2) Do Sky NMs actually resist you much/at all with all that m.acc/skill/gear? Faust and Zipacna are bitches for me atm.

Congrats on the win, got any plans to solo Seiryu/Genbu? :P

Right now, I have 8/8 Enfeebling merits, 5 Convert merits, 3 Ice Acc. merits, and 2 Wind Acc. Merits.

I think Zippy gives me the most issues as far as Bind resists, but Faust is right up there as well. I was actually surprised at how smooth this fight went as I didn't get a single Bind or Gravity resist throughout the entire 40 min. fight.

I'd definitely like to try a solo Seiryu sometime =)

I tried soloing him twice now, he is resisting my Gravity. I don't understand how. I got 8/8 enfeeb, 4/5 wind merit and HQ wind staff. Enfeeble total 317 too. How is he resisting my gravity. Seriously 2/3 Grav's he resists. Bind last long enough htank god for me to reapply buffs and throw a dot on him but sometimes it doesn't last long enough and breaks early. Help! lol

I'm always impressed by RDMs who solo this; I even like watching a duo on it. Faust is one of my favortite NMs to tank on PLD.

Hypocrite. lolbandwagonrdm Probably /BLM's in the Mire... <.< You probably don't even plan on fighting Maat. Not everyone who has RDM75 is good at it straight away. It takes practice. I hate People that think they can level RDM to 75 and think they can Solo everything. Good thing this game is harsh on people that do think this. =D
