These potatoes are supplied to Tallys Frozen Foods Ashburton for winter storage and will eventually be processed into chips

those spud trailers are rank! the trailers my boss got from talleys where good, they didnt lock on to a flat deck. ours were like 24ton max those are only 21ton max. besides that awesome videos mud6920s!!

Getting a bit twitchy alright.Looking forward to a change of scenery,a massive feed of Guinness and the good oul buzz of the grass and of course the obligatory grass videos 8-)

@mud6920s We grow around 4 acres of spuds ourselves. Irrigating them is something we dont worry about due to our wet climate but spraying every 7 t0 10 days alright.

Anything around 25ton/acre give or take depending on the soil,irrigation etc

Yes they do get a fair bit of irrigating here and sprayed every 5-10 days depending on disease pressure so an expensive crop to look after and get right
