@tonigirl28 The least expensive Shimpo whisper RK . For a trditional potter there are a lot of good reasons for standing at the wheel and the RK has a speed control on a shifter stick like a car leaving the feet free to do what they have to while moving around a larger mass of clay . @guywolff, Are they only bisque fired or glazed also? Are the coggle's axles fixed to the wheel to spin in your hand or does the wheel spin on the handle? Thank you sincerely for the endless inspiration. I hadn't thought of working clay until seeing your pottery in a nursery here in Chicago about 5 years ago and ceramics have been a part of my life since.
@ThomasFamilyOP I fire my pots at 03 . Hot for Bisque .. All of your ideas are done here . Diferent coggles need different methods to work well . Just experiment and you will do fine.
