This mission isn't that hard. Just use a car instead of a bike and don't worry about killing Cherese, let her live so you get a head start on Javon.

dont kill cherise.

get the nearest car and chase the guy, when i did this mission, he fell at some point off the motorcycle, and i ran him over then shot him, :)

this missions easy. just kill her. dont take the motorcycle. get a nearby car and run him over.
