There is nothing wrong with a diesel electric hybrid bulldozer. Locomotives have been using that system for years and they are some of the strongest ,machines on earth . While old systems may be simpler and easier to work. We need to preserve resources for future generations.

cat build fantastic products there best is there engines there is no better but i think we need to leave the electric drive to Hitachi

alot of these new electric motor tractors have had problems catching on fire. destroying everything.

if there is anybody in business looking to buy one of these. just remember, they havent been proven yet.

why has the D7E gone back to the conventional track system,very interesting,time will tell if this dozer has the reliability,electronics seem to be a lot of the domntime on the newer models,where has cat been,Le Tourneau,Wabco,GE,have had this invention out since the 1940s,one blade ram,Terex done that,hybrid technology me ass,they have made electric powered dumptrucks,shovels,etc for years,cat has only just got on the band wagon,will this 7 be tuff enough,
