  • excellant video your a master. i have a few questions i have an electric oven 500f i cant make the napoli pizza at home my oven does not get hot enuff, is corn meal better for a oven of my type than semelina to roll the pizza on. for a 500f oven.Is semolina more for a hotter oven. i add my olive oil during the rise so my pizza crisps better, this method makes tossing the pizza harder is there a better way or should i add olive oil to the pizza pan?
