But they do hide in bushes, the wardens themselves get comission for everyone they book its £3 in my area (i know cause i am one), and im leaving, because its HORRIBLE and i hate the cunts!
its private company. Many councils are private companies these days, and PRIVATE r looking to make MAXIMUM PROFIT!
