So, when does the race by race basis start?

Ok, here's the situation. The tape this race was recorded on was in very good condition. I have two tapes I am getting stuff off of that aren't, and thats why I haven't loaded them yet. But I plan on it, and soon.

Yes it was, and if I didn't know any better, that's from the American Sports Cavalcade coverage, do you have the rest of that race by any chance?

If you paused at 1:20 , I was sitting in the stands with my father slightly over his rear tire pointing to the sky. I remember that was hell of a ride !!! I was going to have 10 years-old. Great memories ! cuz of course he wasn't hurt !!!!!

I Was only 6 yrs old (1969) My Dad took me to Lyon's Drag Strip in Long Beach Ca, Prudhomme was Debuting his Pearl White & Blue "Hot Wheels" Funny Car./ Had been to the Drag's only a few times. We stood very near the starting line. Snake stages for a single pass. Problems/He shuts it Down./ Body Comes Up. Snake gets out, Walks toward ME! Takes off Helmet, Puts Out His Hand, Gloves and all, to shake,..Thrilled and Scared Shitless,..I Reached up and shook the Snake's Hand!!!

I love the plug about hydroplane racing. Im a huge fan of both sports. Its nice to hear someone outside the sport of boat racing knows about the lesser known hydros. aside from that, very scary back flip. Seeing those tube chasis crumble like that is never a good sight.
