Two large tiger sharks (15' & 13") try to decide to eat the 5' chum tube or the camera man.

amazing creatures. i am 13 and one dday i hope to become a marine biologist but i need to focous more in school cause thatd b my dream job studying these creatures and more all day

YouTube....oahusquid.....check out the 10-12' tiger shark my son and I ran into while spearfishing in Hawaii a few weeks ago.

they have fishoil and such stuff in those tubes.
the sense that makes sharks biting into metal things has pnly a range of ca. 1 m (3ft)

Are you sure the great whites aren't just flossing on the shark cages LOL?? That was my theory....helps get rid of bits of stuck wetsuit etc

I've heard that sharks have a thing for metal objects. I think it has something to do with magnetism, thats why great whites often "attack" the shark cage. Acctualy they don't attack but investigate... with their teeth. Just like infants :P
But they may have put something in the tube to attract the shark even more.
