Fantastic, thanks for making these videos I've only just found them and watched them all. I've actually learnt a few bits too, the fuel system was made very clear on the engine stand.

I'd love to make an engine test stand myself and would love more details on that if you had time to take some photos and write some notes on your engine stand.
