A quick deomonstration on how to properly use the Logan 650 Framer's Edge Mat Cutter.

For those that can't turn up your speakers, here is a transcription.

To install a blade in the bevel cutting side, first loosen the blade holding knob and insert one Logan #269 blade into the blade holder as far as it will go. Retighten the blade holding knob. To install the blade on the straight cut side, again loosen the blade holding knob and insert one Logan #269 blade into the blade holder as far back as it will go and retighten the knob.

Insert a mat board blank, color side down, under the guide rail, against the mat guide and down against the squaring arm. To make a production stop cut, use your index finger on the spring tab until it makes contact with the edge of the mat board. Insert the blade and allow the spring tab to release upwards and pull to your bottom stop. Repeat this process on all four sides. After the fourth cut the window will drop free of the mat board. You will have a perfectly beveled three inch bordered mat.
