Fight scene includes Filipino way of combat fist fight, aikido basic throw technique, drunken fist. In 1991, at the age of 5, Jan Pablo, together with his 5 cousins and sister, started learning Kung fu from their Church pianist Rey, who learned from their Parish Priest Fr. Danny Ibanez who was a missionary Priest from China. Eventually Jan Pablo went on to explore martial arts when he met Master Norman Fernandez, a Jeet Kune do Master who learned also from Fr. Danny Ibanez and was also trained in Chinatown in manila. Jan continued to practice until such time that he developed his own style and he called it PADPAO -Preventive Aided Defense for Primary Added Obstacles. In 2006 He then found himself along the streets of Chinatown in Manila looking for a good Kung fu School. Jan went on to find Mei Cheng and soon found it near the Sta. Cruz Church. He met Cifu Luo Mei Cheng and a bunch of Filipino Wushu Champions. He learned the basics of Tao lu, and Tai chi Yang style from Cifu Luo Mei Cheng. . After 2 years Jan Pablo went on to train at the Wushu Federation of the Philippines where he met great Wushu World Champions like Rene Catalan and the rest of the Catalan brothers where he learned extensively the art of Sanshou, another branch of Wushu. During this time, Jan Pablo already entered the world of performing arts by studying at the University of the Philippines taking up Theater Arts course. It was here that Jan met a lot of people from the entertainment industry. Jan Pablo's first action film was "One Percent Full" a local / international film directed and produced by 2 legendary action figures, Filipino Action star Ronnie Ricketts and Hollywood Fight Director and Producer Burton Richardson who taught him that martial arts is used for good purposes only and not to bully others. Jan Pablo's first role was assistant to the production designer Cyrus Khan and then he was pulled out as an extra for the film. Eventually Jan Pablo landed bandit roles for the Hollywood B-Movie Road Raiders produced by the legendary Hollywood Producer Roger Corman and directed by international action film directors, Cirio Santiago, Jose Marie Avellana and American Director
Jim Wynorski. Jan recalls his fight scenes using guns and swords for the film and jumping from rock to rock at the water falls scene and many more action packed and explosive scenes. While in showbiz Jan Pablo also met actor and Sensei Richard Manabat who was a student of Sensei Omar Kamar, One of the greatest Aikido Sensei in the Philippines. Sensei Richard Manabat introduced Jan Pablo to Aikido. Later on Jan Pablo continued to train Wushu - Sanshou and Aikido. He also joined the ALAS stunt team, the official stunt team of the King of Philippine Action movies, Fernando Poe Jr. The group was later on renamed as the ELITE stunt team. He is also a member of the NMPP or Nagkakaisang Manggagawa ng Pelkulang Pilipino(United Movie Workers of the Filipino Film Industry).

Jan Pablo also formed his own stunt group, the JPST -Jan Pablo Stunt Team. He continues to be a stunt man and fight Director for films, television and theater shows.

Jan Pablo's inspiration in martial arts include Jackie Chan, Jet Li, O-Sensei Morihei Ueshiba and Aikido Master Christian Tissier. Martial arts quotes from Jan says that true martial arts promotes peace, unity and true happiness in life.

Stunt Team founded by Jan Pablo for action scenes for films, television and theater performances. Stunt choreography involves martial arts principles from Shaolin Kung Fu, Aikido and acrobatics. The stunt team is based in the Philippines but can render service for projects from around the world
