The guy was previously in a fight with a friend of mine, he dc'd around 5 seconds into me attacking him because I seen him moving around when i shot at him.

The kill valued in at around 1.23 Billion, I left over 13mil on the ground because I wasn't giving a fuck I'd just got at least 1bil I was being careful of tbers and spec xfer pkers not to mention if i dropped my restores I may have gotten smited for all that I had on me.
