@bigconan all that matters is that the muscle/movment is being worked and your are improving in some way. Try to find what works for you.

@thegamexxx1234 well, i have also read many articles about how important it is to not rest in between reps. your giving your muscles a chance to recover slightly. What your trying to do is build up fatique in the muscle.
But, whatever works i guess.

only thing is, you rest quite a long time in between reps. I have read numerous articles, where it says you should do your reps without any rest at all. every pro i have ever seen trains explosive and non stop.

Looks like 2 25lbs plates maybe 40lbs olympic bar? adds up to around 100lbs not bad man looking great you taking anything pree workouts?

@GsxRaider might have been a measly 100lbs or 120lbs.
