@randomdude222 No offense but I really think you still needed to fix some things. First off is to remove Snake's use of C4 on the air, and Second, remove Meta Knight's infinite Dimensional Cape. I also thought Falco needed some more nerfs such as lowered knockback and faster Reflector rate so it's less reliable to reflect. Otherwise,good job.

Congratulations for all of your hard work on Balanced Brawl. I enjoy quite a bit more than vBrawl and Brawl+ (especially Brawl+), but then again, maybe that's because I'm a Samus main and she's quite a bit better now! :P
Just to clarify, BB can be used with custom textures / stages/ music etc. etc.?

unless you nerfed Wario he's going to be the best character in the game

We actually expected Wario to be impacted negatively more than most people suspected... and long-term testing has indicated that he has been impacted more than *we* expected! His reduced KO power really shows in a lot of matchups. We actually very very slightly un-nerfed him for the next release accordingly.

Can Balanced Brawl be played on Brawl+?
Or is it a different version of Brawl. (Ergo I would have to access it differently that Brawl+?)

Balanced Brawl is a complete set of character .pac files. It has nothing to do with Brawl+ or any other projects, though it can be loaded the same way.
