It's also irritating to see people treating musical training as a mark of superiority over others and adopting the idea that their opinion has somehow transcended subjectivity. Way to fail at the most basic concept of what music is for.

Any good musician knows that playing something simple & extremely well is worth more than playing something extremely complicated & poorly.

I'm a well educated musician & I play progressive rock, but I can appreciate Kristian Matsson and would use him as a good example of a groove oriented musician.

i love his voice but most musicians just play some chords while they play but he is sooo good at playing guitar while singing. and he is such a great writer.

Are you tuning it to CFCFCF? If you tune it to BEBEBE with capo on the 5th it's little easier on the strings

haha i wouldn't know. On nylon classicals the g is bigger that the d string. Just whatever stops them from breaking under tension i suppose. Yes i've been playing for a long while. It really depends on what genre you like and want to really get into, and if you are playing for a career or just as a hobby. Memorizing major and minor pentatonic scales is a good start, also looking at 7th, major 7th and minor 7th barre chords. Just expand on what you know

holy tits! I didn't know the G string was actually thinner than the high E underneath the coiling. Now I'll ask you the impossibly annoying question: why? hey also you wouldn't be able to tell me what to do next would you? I've been playing for a year and I've memorized some songs/riffs/chords but I get anxious when I look up scales and music theory stuff... Do you know what the scales are? Should my next move be to find out what they are and learn them.. what the hell do I do?? :/
