0:57...Amazing picture.

so you just lowered johns voice down -_-
-
@johnbarry1965 nope.. it's not worth arguing about, but for me it's a bass gtr.. it's full of slides and dampened passing notes which you would naturally play on gtr not keyboard.. (and would actually be pretty difficult to emulate on a moog in the 60's!)
anyway, great sound, great track, great band! :-)

@brushuk It is definitely a Moog played by George!!!!!!!
-
@johnbarry1965 nope.. it's a distorted bass guitar.
-
Actually,that was Paul McCartney's harmony vocal combined wtih John Lennon's melody for the master version.
-
I love the sound of the bass.

Give it up for Ringo.

Actually, a more accurate title for this posting would be "Mean Mr. Mustard minus John."

I love this. I used to have a tape deck in my old car that only had one speaker that worked. This was pretty much what it sounded like when Abbey Road was in the deck. Which was all the time,seeing as it was the only tape I had in the car for about a year. I used to love hearing all the tunes on that album in mono. With only one speaker working you would only hear bass drums and lead guitar. It was cool.
Thanks for posting.
5 stars.
