never heard this album due to its relatively recent reissue. sounds better than any of the later stuff. anyone agree?

At 2:40 in this song is the one & only example of J Mascis singing with vibrato. (That part always sort of gave me the creeps.)
Anyway, I still stand behind this album. For 3 teenage guys, this must be one of the best debut rock albums ever.

Dinosaur Jr's material is monolithic and intelligent.
J Mascis makes me feel so dumb.
