Me After Carnival 2-21-09

Carnival is when the Bolivians celebrate for a week. The whole idea is to party, have a good time, and enjoy, not to mention, many people get time off from work and school that week. Anyway, during Carnival, the people there like to soak people on the streets with water balloons and water guns. (yes, they have supersoakers, too) Tourists happen to be their number one target, but they will shoot at anyone passing by, even if they're in cars.

Point being, I'm an American, a tourist, and to be prepared, I bought a squirt gun that's only about a foot long, and i got attacked by a group of kids with supersoakers and buckets of water..........
