Minecraft - How to build a Secret Door/Portal (READ DESCRIPTION)

READ: Everyone keeps asking me how do you get out. THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE. this would be used as a secret entrance to your house or something, where there should be another way for you to get out. i just dug into the wall to make a tutorial and i forgot that i would need to get out.
