Polyamory is a dangerous road. I hope you guys don't fall for it. What you have is too special to waste. I've seen too many families destroyed because people started messing around.

ok, i had to share my guacamole recipe, i made it on a whim one day while doing bunny berry's raw food challenge & it is oh so delish.. 1/2 avo, 1/2 tomato, parsley, mint, corn kernels, sea salt & lime juice to taste.. all chopped up & mashed w/ a fork.. :-)

hey, i just thought i'd mention.. at the start of going raw, i was on the treadmill at the gym & usually i would be pushing to run that extra bit hard but i had SO much energy it was like i wanted to run really fast, actually wanted to, to burn up the energy, i didn't want to get off the treadmill!

Hi Matt! I came across a quote today that I thought you might like. You make comments about how sometimes you feel like you could run a marathon because of how good you are feeling, so the quote from Helen Keller is as follows: One can never consent to creep when one feels an impulse to soar.

I thought it was great, because I think that raw foodist may often feel like soaring because of our amazing diet! Hope you are enjoying your latest tour! Thanks again for kicking it off in Vegas!

Self help for guys trying to pick up women, from a women, be cool, confident, don't be a stalker lol understand your not always going to have things in common with the lady you are trying to court and the person you like doesnt always like you back :( yes its sad (been burnt a couple times myself) be generous but not too generous, you want a women to like you for you not what you give her. Open up your self to them but not too quickly, some things should be saved for the second date. lol

Some people find that not one specific person fulfill their own personal needs. Steve may find his sexual gratification is filled with his wife however may not find a spiritual or intellectual need from her. Some feel personal growth is obtained through having relationships with others and to be open to a "loving" relationship with another while in agreement with your life partner is the basics of polyamory.
