you people are getting awfully mixed up between pipes and bag pipes. The introduction of the bag to provide the air to the pipes instead of a seperate musician was added much later, and it occured in several countries then spread. A pipe instrument exists in every country in the world. It is one othe the most basic of intsruments, to say it originated in any one place is nothing short of retarded. And tbh who cares where it came from? It's here and its awsome. Let's leave it at that
