Owney was a mutt who lived in the 1880s and 1890s. He befriended postal clerks and traveled by Railway Mail Service. In this short video, staff member Erin Blasco introduces Owney's story and explains how the museum uses Owney to connect the public with key Postal Museum stories, both online and in the museum.
