Not sure if anyone answered your question, but the second song is called "Lonely Dusk" and is produced by Methodic Doubt..

Actually the alarm sound in the movie trailer comes from a song called Chronic Hysteria by audiomachine. Its kinda hard to find, but the alarm comes from there not this song.
