@Gingervention i did and it broke twice now its collecting dust in the garage

The squeaking is because your machine is quite new and has not broken in yet. Simply stop the unit and lift the whip drive and cookie paddles/ whips up about one inch and rub a little shortening on the spur gear (the gear at the center-top of your bowl. Then put the drive back on and turn it on. The sound will be gone in an instant!
After you have owned it a while, this will take care of its self. We are an authorized service center for 30 years now. email us at bkcsandy@gmail.com

holyy SH!T!!!! scared the hell outta me.

Heehee, freaked me out too the first time. Take a drop of oil or a quick spritz of nonstick spray right in the hole of the attatchment, that fits over the main shaft. We just keep our equiptment too clean that's all.

Not to sound trite, but this is what warranty is for and Bosch is one of the few companies where you can usually get stuff serviced locally vs. sending it away.
Bosch stands behind it.....don't complain get it out the door. You are the only one to blame if it's still squeaking to this day.

squeak? I don't hear it. Maybe you should put a little shortening on the cogs of the shaft in the centre of the bowl?

I'm glad I found your video! Today was the first time in the 2 years I've owned my Bosch that I've had that very problem. I don't know about other foods, but today it squeaked with the buttercream frosting I was making. At this moment the bowl is in the dishwasher, so when its clean I'm going to get some vegetable oil down in the gear area and see if that doesn't fix it.
Gingervention-I have a Kitchenaid (note correct spelling), but it can't mix as much at one time as a Bosch-it would burn up the motor in about 2 minutes.
