Quantum Leap Series Six Trailer

This is the first trailer for an idea of mine for a sixth series of Quantum Leap. Okay, I have used photos, but I am working on a video version of this, so watch this space :D

you know this is kind of like one of the alternete endings when Al has to leap to find sam and the the bartender starts curseing him out and then he teaches him a leson and sends him into the future as a woman

Yeah, I based this trailer around that idea. Ive been trying to write a couple of stories of what I think would have been in season 6, but Ive been so busy of late they haven't gotten anyware

Thanks, kikinchick. Im glad you like it. Im really hoping I will be able to get a video trailer for this at least by the end of august. The DVD part of my computer is broken so Im having to try and find episodes on line to download.  At the moment, Ive been working on writing stories for the sixth series, so that has taken up most of my time, but I shall defintily make a committement to get one done by the end of august at the least :D

Cheers drpaulsmith. I have read the alternative ending with Al leaping into the bar and it was that idea I used for the base of my idea for series 6. I always though that ending would have been better than the one they ended up with. Im really annoyed with my computer at the mo as I really want to do a moving image vid, but it doesnt want to work. Time to shell out money I think :D

What hit me was Bruce McGill as God and Weird Ernie in the finale and the series pilot. God told Sam he could go any time and yet he never went home to his wife and his daughter...does that mean to us that Dr Beckett didnt want to see them and help strangers forever?

Some of the chat with Sam and God makes you think that this successful doctor, physicist and musician couldnt control his own fate. Hmmm?

Sam only leaped him as himself as a 16 yr old back in Indiana on his parent's farm in Elk Ridge. A neat paradox to this trailer would be what if Sam and Al had never met at all? What major plot differences?

It sucked in the series finale Sam didnt go home but changed Al's life with Beth.

They never did show an episode with Al and Sam meeting and working on the project.

I have already watched the whole series. Infact I own all 5 of them; yes I know he doesn't return to his own time in the final episode. I do know that a friend of mine has told me he did watch Sam finally leap back to his own time. Apparently he leaps in some kind of white room, Al puts his hand on his shoulder & he says something to him. That is all I know about it.

Sam goes home in one episode, the first of season 4, he never goes home after that. You should really watch the whole series, I love how they ended it: sad but true to the story and plot lines.

Strange enough,.....I heard he finally did leap home. A friend of mine had watched the finale episode apparently the other day. That's just what he told me.

In the UK they call them Series, not Seasons.

you know the reason sam could not go home well because you know going back in time and doing all that well it messed the space time cont ........ you know i think if sam would have quit helping people well i think he would have gone home. but you know also if sam wanted to go home well someone could have leaped in to him when he had to leap in to al to save him if someone doesent mind being back there or swiching on and off.
