LOL are any glassblowers ever not totally cranky and yet morbidly apathetic at the same time?

I got to see them do this on Thursday, March 5, 2009. My fifth grade class from Portland OR went to Tacoma and we went to this place. The galleries were boring but the Hot Shop was... HOT!
