people please stop fighting every culture if they eat rice they all use different kinds and cook it different ways for example:yellow rice, Asian rice etc.

try this method: soak rice 4 hrs. or over night. drain it then steam the rice.

people rice is not only for Asians so stop saying "im asian blah blah blah blah" we dont care if ur asian or not! Rice is global food n people have a different way of cooking rice everywhere in the world and it might be as good or better than asian rice every one has different likes n taste....like she said in the video this is her way of cooking her rice n how she likes it n its one of alot of ways of cooking rice!

In Asian culinary, the "perfect" rice is steamed rice. Traditionally, rice is boiled until half cooked through and then it finishes cooking when it's steamed. This is however is Western (or European) culinary which (probably) has its own definition of "perfect" rice. It's a win-win, I think.
