The only real alternative for your vvti? 1UZ Soarer is a full custom ECU system with a full tune. That would be impressive if tuned nicely!

I installed this modified factory ECU the other day, has three settings for the redline 6200, 7500 and 8000. Its quite something at 7500, so much more flexible to drive with, I haven't yet tried 8000 yet however, going to leave that for the track. Only prob is these are rare as hell, as one guy made a bunch about 5 years ago in Australia and they were snapped up quickly, he has not made anymore since. I was lucky to know some one selling theirs!

Very nice Barron. Looks like a good experience. Im sorting out my Soarer (SC400) to get on the track this summer. Even sorted a higher RPM rev limit of 7500rpm and no speed cut. Should go well.

cool let me know how that rev limit bump up goes,then tell me how you did it, so i can check into that myself. i have just about every bolt on that you can buy on my car.looing for something else w/out doing turbo or supercharger yet.
