Attention: this is a non-weights workout! - if you don't like it, don't comment... but all suggestions are welcome.

Hello, inspired by the Barstylers of http://vkontakte.ru/club16633290, I wanted to bring their challenge to youtube. This is my video and this is a little challenge to those who work out - reach these qualifications and post a video as a response- this will give you motivation to work out and also someone to beat)) The subtitles are in Russian, because it was originally made for a Russian website.

If this is too easy for you, go ahead and post a video anyway, because as soon as first video is posted, I will post a new one with much harder requirements.

Rules - The body must be visible on the video entirely and video should be of acceptable quality.

This is the order in the video and how everything should be done.


Pull ups - 15 (no kicking, legs must be straight with as least bending as possible and chin MUST go over the bar.)

Dips - 20 (your elbows must bend to at least 90 degrees and also, keep your body as straight as possible - no kicking)

Push ups - 30 (elbows must bend to 90 degrees almost, body straight and chest must go down to about 4 inches off the ground. When going up, you must go up all the way)

Picking up legs to the bar - 6 (must touch the bar with legs and legs must be as straight as possible)

Muscle ups - 2 (make sure there is as least as possible kicking)

leg raises and over the bar - 6 (Do as shown in the video)

Leg raises and over the bar from the back - 1 (as shown in the video also)

90 degree hold under the bar - 3seconds (legs straight and keep your body over the bar)

It doesn't matter how long it takes you to finish all these things, you can do each one separately even if it took you a month - the main thing is that the video must have them all completed.

  • @vegeta5069 planche and back lever are one of the best ones, I know others but they take too long to explain, I might make a video someday.

  • Do you do do any form of weight training (barbells, dumbbells etc)? I went to gym for 6 months but stopped going due to shoulder injury. I want to get back into strength training, do you think bodyweight exercises alone is sufficient enough in gaining functional strength and muscle size? Thanks!
