This game is called "Yusha: Heaven's Gate" in the European/PAL version.

These attacks are just the basic Sol Power Attacks. There are more advanced moves but I didn't include them mostly because I didn't discovered them after making this video.

@8kdez Or you can test them out in the MAME version. I forgot which kind of MAME emulator it can work in, but it's either MAME Extended or MAME Plus!.
