Many thanks!! I purchased a used bike with the 2010 lyric air r that needs rebound work. Not so nervous now to take it apart. And you did it one handed!!! nice.

Hey you said you greased the spring in your video, did you actually not grease it? I saw an older comment, saying it wasn't necessary.

@RemoEmo123 yes, you're right! it must have said something in the manual, can't remember.( this video was 2 years ago now)..but it's on line anyway. When the springs are in an oil bath they get splashed well, but i was thinking of marzocchi's which have much more oil in the spring sides.
