This is a song I made to help me calm down and focus on the now if ever I'm feeling stressed. Clear your mind.
I like to light up some insens lay back on my bed, close my eyes and relax. Breath. I picture myself in a desert watching the sun set. Picture how warm its is, you can feel the sun rays beaming down on your body warming you skin.

Okay this was amazing. Alcohol helps but DO NOT OVER DO IT, just to the point where your body feels warm. I hooked up the head phones, layed on my bed, and drifted away. My dream, well I wasnt anywhere, just floating in darkness, no sounds, no disruption, just calm. Probably the best sleep I have had, Thank you.
