Quick note on semantics: ITG uses onboard video, I think it was, for upgrade kits. It's possible to set a 15 KHz refresh rate in both Linux and Windows for almost all video cards.
Considering how MUCH better NVIDIA cards run than ArcadeVGA, it's worth looking into.
but with a 15Khz card you really cant run the background vids without seeing lag, plus you cant max out the settings for game play with the ArcadeVGA, but it does suffice. Thanks for the update on the vid card frequency adjustments for other vid cards. I didn't know that.
