  • @OurBestMusicChannel A deadlift is something like bending over to pick something up. A squat is done with a vertical spine, and is like leaning back to sit in a chair. I'm sure there are lots of videos on YouTube outlining correct form for a squat.

  • i thought d'deadlift starts from the floor and ends on the floor for every rep, and d'squat is as demonstrated in this video for every rep.
