I agree that parents need to be more aware of violent games vs. the maturity level of their children. I'd also recommend keeping the game console in the family room so that parents can check what games are being played. Games shouldn't be babysitters. However, M-rated games are not demons, and many titles have deep characterization, plot lines, and moral choices. For example, in Fallout 3 you can choose to help purify the water and restore post-apocalyptic DC.

excuse me but I am 14 and I play lot of games like call of duty and gta my parents actually know what I am playing and I am a very kind kid you are right that parents should know what they are buying kids and also if you buy the child the game then you should know that your kid is old enough to understand how the game is and that the child will play it responsibly whitch I am one of those kids that can play it responsiblly and I am under 17
If you want to get your point across fine ...whatever..but you don't have to be a total ASSHOLE ABOUT IT jeeez!!

@slinched Nice language from a 14 year old. Good job publicly stating the horrible your job your parents did in teaching you discipline and respect. And while this video is indeed a joke (you didn't notice me singing the 'Halo' them during one of the "No's?"), it does prove a point on how many little obnoxious brats, such as you, are out there playing games instead of achieving excellence in school.
Again, good job with your comment - I'm sure your parents are very proud of you.
