My JLA Universe Chapter 3

Right on the heels of the JLA's defeat of the Legion of Doom, the heroes
are informed by Nick Fury of an evil serpent cult called Hydra and
their leader named Kobra, who is recognized by Batman as Ras al Ghul,
and Hawkman as Teth-Adam, and Doctor Strange & Black Canary
as Baron Mordo. Because of this Dr. Strange contacts the Ancient One.

But before the JLA can go after Kobra and Hydra, the Earth comes under
assault by the Kree Empire. The heroes and SHIELD battle to save the
Earth. The Ancient One, along with Green Arrow, Giant-Man, Hawkman,
Spider-Man, and William "Snapper" Jones travel to the wizard's secret sanctuary
to undergo an ancient ritual which the Ancient One says is Earth's
only hope! Unknown to the heroes, Kobra has followed them and just
as he and his cult are about to attack, the Kree Judge known as
Ronan teleports into the sanctuary. He dispatches the four JLA'ers
with a chronal grenade, sending them into the future, then grabs
both the Ancient One and Snapper Jones, and teleports back to his ship.
This allows Kobra to investigate the Ancient One's sanctuary and look
for the secrets of power he seeks.

Meanwhile, Snapper and the wizard learn that Ronan has the hero known
as Captain Marvel held captive on his ship, as he has been branded
a traitor to the empire. Snapper and the wizard watch helplessly as
Ronan activates the Nega-Bands worn by the Mar-Vell and they cause
him to be teleported to the Negative Zone, a dimensional plane where
he will be trapped until Ronan can return to the Kree Throne-world,
and perform the execution of the Captain. During all this, Snapper
and the Ancient One escape into the bowels of the ship, but Ronan
sends many troops after them. It is during this time that the wizard
tells Snapper that he is special, that he has abilities that lay
dormant. Usisng his magics, the wizard allows Snapper to tap into
these abilities. Suddenly all the comic book heroes that the boy
grew u reading spring to life. Superman, Captain America, and the
Flash appear from nowhere to battle the Kree soldiers.

But in doing this causes Snapper's energy to drain, but it allows them
to make their way back to the area where Captain Marvel's nega-bands
lay. The wizard instructs Snapper to put them on. Once they are on,
the wizard tells Snapper that by concentrating on the bands he can switch places
with Mar-Vell. Snapper slams the bands together, and suddenly the
Kree traitor stands in his place. The wizard quickly tells Captain
Marvel to use his knwoledge of the transporter to send them both back
to Earth. During this, the Captain realizes that he can mentally
communicate with Snapper Jones, even though he is now in the Negative
Zone, also upon teleporting to Earth, Mar-Vell now finds himself clothed
in a much more colorful red and blue costume. Telepathically, Snapper
tells Mar-Vell that he thought he should have a "cooler" costume
and not the Kree uniform, since he was now on Earth's side and no
longer a Kree agent, and just by wishing it, it came true. The Ancient
One smiles and says it is a sign that Snapper is definitly the
chosen one.

That would kinda be a little hard to do since it's "MY" JLA universe. If people read the comments, they will understand. I can't do any better then that, but thanks for the comment. ; )

I'm not sure how many times I am going to be able to explain this. I thank everyone for their comments, but, please, understand this...this is MY version of the JLA, it's not DC's version, which means, yes I KNOW there is Marvel in there, that's because I have melded several universes together to get my own version of a comic book universe. Hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
