This video shows the TASER marks on the victim, as well as his age and an indication of his relative strength. Do you really think three 20-something policemen couldn't handle this guy without a taser?

  • Cops think that tasers are ok to use on the elderly, children and pregnant women. Boatloads of cocaine come into this country and the dumb ass cops can't stop it. This is why everyone hates the cops. Oh by the way I'm a 63 year old white man and I am just stating the truth. The best and brightest never go into police work. We need to raise the bar.

  • its not just LAX cops believe me... its damn near all of em.

Well, in California, if the registration appears to be lapsed, the police "may" impound the vehicle. If the registration is more than six months past due, the police "must" impound. Unless, of course, the vehicle is being operated by an "undocumented immigrant", an exception which has been codified in the written operating policies and procedures of several departments.

The policy violates the Fifth Amendment and common sense , but it's how things work in Granolaland.

  • @chairde They have specialized units/details that work to control drug trafficking. Do you expect every cop to stop cocaine distribution? Most people hate cops because they have no idea how to act right and get ticketed or arrested. Im guessing youre one of them

  • "Im irish, but im not that foolish" lol

  • Was this in Egypt? Egyptian Revolution Anyone?

  • LOL, these pussy ass cops, What kind of threat could this senor possibly be to the 3 of them??? It's laughable.

  • Not having a car registered just means you are not legally allowed to drive it on the public roads therefore the man was in the right and the evil cops were in the wrong.

  • @WisconsinTukatz You are an evil person who enjoys the pain and suffering of others.

  • I promise to give $1,000.000 to anyone who can morally justify the actions of the evil cops.

I have never lost a $1,000,000 challenge because I am pure logic.

  • @Papwithanhatchet Your view of Canada Law can not be applied to an incident that happened in California. Taser is a less than lethal option. That means it is not likely to cause serious injury or death. As apposed to a lethal option that is likely to cause serious injury or death. Taser certified training dictates that if an officer uses a taser in a situation where deadly force is justified there must be another officer with a deadly force option ready to cover the officer using a taser.

  • @predatr846 Uh, no. The taser was introduced as an alternative to lethal force. It is classified as a "prohibited firearm". That they are illegally used as a compliance tool in the US is irrelevant to those facts. Related, though inconsequential to US state enforcement policy, here in Canada police services may NOT be used as a compliance tool as a result of the Robert Dziekanski incident investigation's findings at the Braidwood Inquiry.

Know the facts before speaking, idiot.
