Question... At frame : 48 I see the carabiner is attached to the main rope... Is that a prusik knot? Thanks!

@RickM1953 I don't know which is frame 48, but you probably are referring to the Bachmann knot.

??? you should do it only with one carabiner and the 8, one Prusik (or Klemheist) for safty and one to feed up...

When climbing with prusiks and you form a double foot loop in one prusik, how do you tie that.

Girth hitch a loop of webbing to the biner, and on the foot, tie a slip knot loop.
