  • somewhere up there peter had the breaking news story of bin laden's arrive interview to the golden gates.. which end rhe end was shut down for enterance & was sent HELL..lol

  • When Bin Laden was found and killed, I half expected to see the same man whose news reports I grew up with come across the TV screen.

  • great tribute, thank you

  • @WildPrincess922 When I was a teen, he was the epitome of the handsome, attractive, and elegant older man. Did you ever see the special he did regarding life in Israel? He concentrated on Jerusalem. I'll never forget how that coverage inspired me to travel there. Jennings captured the essence of an extremely diverse population packed together like sardines. On one block you'd have Othordox Christians; two blocks over Orthodox Jews, behind Catholics, over there... You could feel the tension...

  • great video of one of my heroes. Thank you.

  • There are very few newsanchors that we could trust. Peter Jennings was one of those anchors.

  • R.I.P. Peter J. love you and miss you : (

  • I watched him as a child, and on 9/11. My mom watched his coverage of the Oklahoma City Bombing on the day I was born, April 19th, 1995. My mom loved him and we watched him every night. I was only 10 years old when he died, but I still remember watching him announce he had lung cancer, then hearing of his death and crying while watching ABC's tribute to him.

  • Let's not ask why the U.S. govt. has outlawed treatments for cancer that are efficacious; nor wax nostalgically as to why the govt. wages undeclared wars in nations that have no aircraft & no battleships and no standing armies; or why the govt. fabricates influenzas & the pandemic A.I.D.S., & sprays the citizenry with heavy metals in the name of "terra-forming"; or why the C.D.C. in Atlanta has 500,000 Hercules-Series coffin liners neatly stacked in a soybean field by the train tracks.

  • On this Day 9 -11 .. I cna still hear his voice.. When he Spoke The Audience Listend and Believed.. He Is trully Missed! By all ,Jeannette
