There is a bit wrong rhytm. And the right text is:
Sto lat sto lat
NIECH zyje żyje nam
Sto lat sto lat
NIECH zyje żyje nam
Jeszcze raz jeszcze raz
niech żyje, zyje nam
niech zyje nam (only once)
(Jeszcze raz jeszcze raz = once again, once again)
Of course your wersion is quite good, by my is most popular in Poland

Thank you for your comments on "Sto Lat". I shall try to record a new version with the words you are suggesting and maybe a little faster. By the way "rhythm" is the correct spelling for a very difficult English word.
