  • it's so true what Minns says. maybe Obama will spur reform of the tax system and eliminate all the corruption and clear out the IRS tax gotcha system. taxes should be proportionate to what people make and should not become a burden on any one person or family.

  • Look up Michael Minns or Michael Louis Minns on Google and Amazon...lots of stuff on this guy out there in recent years.

  • Michael Minns has been actively publishing tax law articles, books on fighting the IRS since well before 2000. Minns is doing good work in this areas much like Joe Banister and Ron Paul. Ron Paul even co-authored a book with Minns on the IRS...twice!

  • Ron Paul actually wrote the forward on Michael Minn's book, How to Survive the IRS.

  • There is no way we can understand the tax code adequately if the IRS cannot understand it themselves.

  • Taxes are restricted to impost excises and duties. Direct taxation is the province of the states. A tax on earnings from labor is repugnant to justice and an abomination to Nature and Natures god. The Founders understood this. TV, radio, news papers and all other platforms of political propaganda have clouded our sensibilities. People are as easy to train as mice.

  • "NO TAXATION WITHOUT CLARIFICATION"

  • I don't see a debate here, just an opinion

  • that is odd because the US Constitution says the opposite in that any income tax must be apportioned and NOT progressive. It is the communist manifesto that says to pay by ones ability

  • [Here is the law: Title 26]

How do laws that allow legal stealing apply to a free people? Ans. By threat of force. Would otherwise be called an armed robber.

HOW CAN THERE BE LAW OR COURTS OF LAW THAT PERMITS LEGAL STEALING & LEGAL SLAVERY?

FORGET LEGAL THIEF ARGUMENTS ITS TIME TO BAND TOGETHER. We need unity not legal arguing.

  • Here is the law: Title 26

    Section 1, imposes the tax

    Section 61 defines Gross income

    Section 63 defines Taxable income.

Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and

Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

  • What kind of freedom is that which requires free people to legally pay for anothers dreams, schemes, wants, desires, pleasures, wealth building, failures bailouts & other legal mischief when I cannot force my neighbor to pay for my dreams, schemes...?

  • BUTCHERS' UNION CO. v. CRESCENT CITY CO., never overturned

It has been well said that, "The property which every man has

in his own labor, as it is the original foundation of all other

property, so it is the most sacred and inviolable. The patrimony

of the poor man lies in the strength and dexterity of his own

hands, and to hinder his employing this strength and dexterity in

what manner he thinks proper, without injury to his neighbor, is a plain violation of this most sacred property.
