when i press in save i press in yes and say me this : dateic:\program files\rockstar games\grand theft auto vice city\models\coll\vehicles.col kann nicht erstellt werden ...........please help

i also have a "wheels.dff" file.. do you have any idea how to install that one? when not installed, my wheels do not have any texture and are just plain white, aswell as my tail lights :/ any help is much appreciated thanks :)
