Got to get it below the dots for forecheck to work

In order for our forecheck to work, we need the puck below the dots.

It seems we are always trying to skate the puck there. Often we turn the puck over between the blue line and the tops of the circles.

We need to use the dump in when skating it in is not going to work.

Pay attention to the opportunity
and the outcome.

We have the chance to get it in the zone
and we come away with nothing.

There is nothing wrong with dumping it
in when the numbers are against you.
