@Body4Beach For me, as I got stronger, the click went away, if the area that it clicks on starts to hurt, give it a rest for the day, then next session do a lighter weight. Gradually increase.

@kirrabeachbum It's up to your muscles to decide the weight. The first time I did reverse curls I could only do about 15kg totaly weight, while I was doing nearly 30kg normally.

do you have birds in the gym?
-
@Body4Beach I have the same exact thing on my left arm. Finally somebody else who has the same problem. It drives me nuts when I'm lifting weights.

@Body4Beach does it cause you pain?o to a dco. it doesnt? ignore it

I hear and feel a click on the inside part of my elbow where the bicep connects to the forearm. Why is this?
-
skiny !

Which muscle(s) do you train with this?
-
@kirrabeachbum When you do a reverse curl you use your biceps more, where as a reverse wrist curl, you isolate the forearm.

I prefer Hatebreed, but bird noises are great, too ....
In Arnold's book, it says that reverse curls are used for biceps as well as forearms, and with the forearms to make sure you're pointing the back of your hands as far back as can be. My question is, does doing reverse curls for forearms need to be with a lighter weight than reverse curls for biceps?

Holding your wrist bent by extending your wrists back isn't necessary to develop the brachioradialis. The isometric contraction of just holding the barbell with a straight wrist is enough.
You don't have to go any lighter either.
