Congratulations on five days non smoking. I wish you many many more! Ask God to take the taste of smoking out of your mouth. You many want it sometime, but that doesn't mean you have to have it. I 've stopped smoking and it has been 8 years today since I've smoked I have smoked. Get your mind off of it, let that not be your main focus. It can be done, it has been done, it will be done; you can quick, it is your choice. Tell yourself this is not bigger than God.
