Dave, I know what you mean. I woke up this morning and this song was in my head - no idea why. If anyone else sang it, it would sound sappy. John Lennon sings it and it sounds unique and perfect. And at the end....... "loving you-ooh-ooh". Miss you, John.

I could listen to his voice 24/7. He will always be my number one singer. Listen to "Watching The Wheels" and you can tell he just wanted to enjoy his family without the fame. It's a crying shame he never got that chance.

I totally agree my friend . No one had a voice like John Lennon. So unique and so amazing. The range he had the tone and the inflection in his voice . To me he will always have the greatest voice in Rock Music History.. There will never be another John Lennon.. He has that sexy gritty raw rock and roll voice in the early Beatles Days and yet he also has that dreamy romantic ethereal voice in the later days and more so in his solo career like with songs like Imagine..
