Good point!!! Ronald had Rock Hudson as a friend though and that is the only reason why he did anything for AIDS treatment. Arnold also backed McCain and we all know where he stands on Prop 8!!

Ronald Reagan was homophobic he even said he didnt approve of LGBT people in a public speech and the way his administration ignored the AIDS epidemic was horrifying. Arnold twice vetoed marriage equality in California and said it should be left up to the voters and look what happened.

Exactly. Ignorance seems to go hand and hand with MOST of today's Republican Party. I am glad to see the REAL Republicans finally standing and being true to their party's platform. I am tired of seeing ignorant post from the homophobic, rascist so-called republicans. I say its time we get these Neoconservative and religious fascists out. I swear Lincoln must be constantly rolling in his grave at the sight of his Republican Party.

And there have been commited, monogamous gay couples since time began just as there have been straight couples. So this idea that things have suddenly changed after thousands of years doesn't hold water. The only difference is that before prop 8, they had equal rights. Now gay people have the rights of second class citizens. It's okay if you don't think it's acceptable. It's not okay for you to strip away their rights.
